- If you’re dreaming of a destination wedding, think about the best season for that location and whether your guests can travel there.
- Do you have specific venue preferences… Envisioning an exclusive castle, historic manor house, luxury resort, waterfront location, or botanical garden? And if it rains, what’s your plan B?
- Will your venue comfortably accommodate your guest list?

The Extensive Work Behind the Scenes
- Comprehensive Planning: Our job begins from day one and extends weeks beyond your wedding. On average, we spend around 300 hours planning a wedding behind the scenes.
- Team Effort: It’s not just one planner; typically, 2-3 team members work on your wedding, and up to six on the wedding weekend to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Most problems are solved before you even know they exist.
- Someone has damaged the wedding cake – we’re on it.
- Unexpected rain downpour – we have a plan B.
- Bridesmaids left their bouquet to wilt on a heater – consider it handled.
- Unexpected vendor sickness – don’t worry we will have a back-up.
